Recent advances in cellular science are heralding an important evolutionary turning point. For almost fifty years we … all have held the illusion that our health and fate were preprogrammed in our genes, a concept referred to as genetic determinacy. Though mass consciousness is currently imbued with the belief that the character of one’s life is genetically predetermined, a radically new understanding is unfolding at the leading edge of science.
Cellular biologists now recognize that the environment, the external universe and our internal physiology, and more importantly, our perception of the environment, directly controls the activity of our genes. This video will broadly review the molecular mechanisms by which environmental awareness interfaces genetic regulation and guides organism evolution.

Newtonian Mechanics: Universe = Matter
Quantum Mechanics: Universe = Energy
Every atom or molecule emits and absorbs light of characteristic wavelengths.
Means, every atom in your body gives and receives energy.
Each atom has a unique characteristic vibrational frequency.
Phenomena example: Harmonic Resonance –> Tuning fork sending a certain frequency that is tuned to the crystal atomic frequency of the atoms of a glass goblet, which cause the atoms of the goblet to receive extra energy, the atoms spin faster, and thus resulting in the shattering of the atoms of the glass goblet.
Another example: The New procedure of kidney treatment (sending vibrational frequency that resonates to the kidney stone crystals and thus it be sand instead of rock)
It is possible to heal the cells by sending in energy so that the cells can adjust and the adopt the right energy than going in the body and cutting open tissues out just like what conventional method does.
Conventional medicine sends in medicine molecules to affect the cells, and it is true that the medicine molecules is also manifestation of energy and also have its own frequency which may then vibrates if in resonance with the cells, but it is logically correct to assume that it would be more effective to send in energy directly. (ex: energy healing, prana healing, etc)
Mainstream journal papers:
- Electromagnetic fields affects DNA synthesis, RNA synthesis, protein synthesis.
- Electromagnetic Fields exert effects on and through hormones.
Electromagnetic fields are emitted by electronic devices such as: mobile phones, microwave, high tension lines throw the body in alignment by being in the field.
Stress is the primary mechanism that opens your body to exposure and changing in its function by EMF. Therefore, If you are not under stress, the field will not affect you. And if you are under stress, your field get very very specific and can alter the body biology, especially the high-responding estrogen.
Energy healing is real because according to physics energy is more effective in controlling biology than molecules are.
Behavior of the Cells
At the level of the cells, a cell can move in attraction to the signal or in repulsion of the signal or neutral/ignores to the signal because it is not relevant.
The cell move forward(attraction) if presented with something that adds to its growth.
Moving backwards(repulsion) if presented with something that threatens the cells.
So there exist the perception of the environment by the cells and the perception comes from our thinking.
Growth is only when the cells move forward and when it moves backwards, it is in protection mode. Growth is not only growing big, but also maintenance and regeneration of the billion cells that die each day.
It takes energy to grow and it also takes energy to protect your self. The more protection you need, the more energy you use, therefore draining the energy supposedly used for growth. Therefore, the balance of our health is related to amount of energy expenditure we are putting into protection.
When we become fear-bound, we shut down growth as a natural biological mechanism.
Growth and protection is variable, when we are in growth, we use visceral system (metabolic support: Digestion, excretion, reproduction, respiration), while when in protection, we activate more of the somatic system (bones and muscle)
There is a switch in our body that switches either to protection mode (somatic system) or growth mode (visceral system), which is the adrenal system. When somatic system is being activated for protection, literally it shuts down the visceral system and energy will be allocated for the fight/flight.
In growth, the viscera system overrides the somatic system.
In protection, the somatic system overrides the viscera system.
In human behavior, LOVE is the maximum nourishment that draws the body forwards for growth, and fear is the opposite.
Protection (walling-off) from the environment cuts we off from the environment, cutting us off from life.
Case: Children who grows up in orphanages of Eastern Europe have reduction as much as 30%-40% growth parameters and they also become arthritis (not responding to the outside environment as resulting of walling themselves off in protection mode). Not getting love is losing the nourishment.
In the absence of love, is fear.
Stress is something that is perceived by the brain that triggers protection mode.
When the brain send stress signal to the pituitary gland, the pituitary gland (the master gland) releases ACTH which goes to the adrenal glands on top of the kidneys. Then the adrenal glands secretes the adrenagic hormones, the adrenaline, which the main purpose is for fight/flight. The hormones of the adrenal glands squeeze the blood vessels in the viscera, then force the blood in the viscera to go to the arms and legs.
The more stress we are under, the more chronicly we suppress the growth mechanism.
The immune system is a very expensive system to run and cost a lot of energy, and literally shuts down when in stress/protection mode for the sake of conservation of energy.
In fact, the same stress hormone is being used by medical profession to shut down the immune system of people who are receiving transplant of tissue and organs.
Opportunistic organism (dormant pathologies, viruses or bacteria that lives in the body but couldn’t thrive) may take over when the immune system started to going down.
Thinking and reasoning is the front brain while reflexes and muscle coordination is in the hind brain. When in stress/fear mode, not only the blood in visceral system is squeezed out to the arms and legs, but also the blood in the forebrain get squeezed and instead the blood is flowed to the hind brain to prepare for the fight/flight. So when we are under stress, we lose intelligence. Example: exam stress.
So three things happens under stress, each one debilitating us at three different levels:
1. Visceral shuts down –> maintenance and growth mechanism reduced
2. Immune System inhibited (to conserve energy) —> fall sick easier, and
allowing opportunistic organism taking over
3. Operating from reflex behavior (hind brain), intelligence drops (forebrain).
As long as we maintain a chronic stress, the more the maintenance system is inhibited, the more cells will die, the tissue will undergo disorganization, and diseases will ensue.
We need to regulate the stress to stay healthy.
Genes Do Adapts
There are three options cells can possible have when being in stress:
1. Go into the protection mode and draining the nourishment of the body (temporary effect, as nourishment supply limited)
2. Secrete things to the environment to change the situation (but very expensive effort)
3. Adapt! Change genes, change biology to respond to the stress.
Darwinian evolution is not the way evolution progressed. As presented first in 1988 in a paper published in the journal ‘Nature’ by John Cairns. His experiment showed that a bacteria with defective lactase enzymes left in crisis situation with a lactose could adapt by changing its genes by focusing on the genes on lactase enzyme, therefore changing only the defective lactase genes, even though they weren’t dividing. NOT out of random process of mutation as Darwin might had proposed.
As described in the new evolution chart presented by Cairns, it can be concluded that in every nucleus, in every cell of the body, we have genes whose function it is to rewrite the other genes if they are under stress. Organism perception of the environment can rewrite our genes or change our physiological body to respond to the environment.
Our belief in the stressful situation will rewrite our genes to accommodate the stress even when the stress is just in our belief.
In a book of Louise Hay ‘You Can Heal Your Life’, it was revealed that specific stresses affect different portion of our body. If we can understand which portion of our body is affecting the stress, then we can deal with it by understanding what emotions are creating that stress.
Symptoms are signal from the body to deal with the stress. While in the conventional medical care, what they and their medicines do is to cover up the symptoms, so that we don’t feel the signal and perceive the situation to be fine. Doing so meaning literally that we are not listening and ignoring the body. The body henceforth, tries to bring more information and signal, but usually in worse symptoms news than the first time.
Conscious Parenting
The conventional knowledge stated that the information flow is DNA –> RNA –> Protein, but as discovered firstly by Howard Temin termed as Reverse Transciptase - 1960, information also goes backwards. He suggested that RNA could send back information to the DNA, the reverse flow. Although in its early development, it faced many criticism and rejection from the mainstream science community, but after many decades on the uprising of AIDS virus, such flow was found in the AIDS virus itself. While the flow from protein to RNA was proved by Cairns.
In conventional belief, the role of a mother is just to provide nutrition in the assumption that all the programs are fixed in the genes. But this is not right anymore, we know that the environment also change the genes. The mother also provides information, that the mother (and also the father as the dominant external factor) is also adjusting the genes of the child. So in conclusion, the fetus adjust to the environment that the mother perceive.
Nature has taken the ability of the mother to have perception, crossing that over to the placenta, that the perception of the mother now becomes the perception of the child.
Such intelligent mechanism allows the child to select the genes for that child to survive adapt in the environment that the child will be born to even prior to his/her birth.
Parents are genetic engineers. In an environment that is threatening, protection system is activated. In supportive environment, growth is activated.
In an embryo, the organs and tissue that develop, develop in relation to the blood they receive, the better their development. In a stressful environment, more blood went to the muscles and bones, to get the child ready for fight/flight. Also, the hind brain gets more flow of blood while the forebrain got squeezed. Such development result in ‘athlete but short-in-intelligence’ offspring.
40-50% of a child’s IQ potential is determined by the pre-birth environment. The new analysis shows that genetic influences may be weaker, and prenatal environment influences greater, than previously appreciated.
The role of the parents is highly important in the development of human species in this planet.
A recent article in ‘Science’, showed that when a mother raises a child, that infant from the neonate(newborn) time, is learning how to raise its own child that when the child grows up, it will raise his/her child the way he/she was raised. The environment can trigger differences in behavior and in stress related gene expressions that are passed on to the next generations. How we live our live today will alter the genetics behavior of our child tomorrow. When we raise our child, we are not just raising the next generation, but we also affect the subsequent generations to come.
In response to stress, violence is one of the primary ways of responding.
Brain, Perception and Belief
As the experience comes into the brain, not only we became aware of it, but also it is recorded (Note from excerptor: either consciously or subconsciously)
So if we take the awareness and play it out at the brain, we tend to repeat the experience again. Most of our behavior is a playback of our experience, playing over and over again in situation-reponse manner.
From the estimated of 4 billion nerve impulses are hitting our mind in every second, but we can only handle about 2000 bits of that data in consciousness.
We are not being consciously aware of all the information that is coming in from the external environment.
The cell is like a camera. The image outside is projected through the lens and then focus it on the film. The film will then have the complement of the image. The same applies to cells behavior with the outside environment, with the membrane as the lens and the nucleus as the film, which then coordinates the cell behavior accordingly to the external image that it perceive.
Back to the analogy, when we put filters in the camera, we change the image by modifying it by the filter. Cells also have filter, and the filter is BELIEF. Belief gets between the environment and the response of the cell. So the belief is a filter that takes in environment and converts it into something understandable to the cell so that the cell can make complements out of it.
The world have everything in it but we can only see what we are trained to see. Our experiences taught us filters. We put the filters on our eyes and go live our life with the beliefs that do change the reality into something that we are selecting out of it. if we live in fear, and we walk down the streets, we would be less interested on the beautiful flowers along the street than the shady looking character existing at that same place. The fear generates fearful reality because the filters only select from that what were passed through our belief filters.
Taking the glass of filter on and off is a belief transition. We can change our life, but have first have to change the glasses we wear to see the world around us.
Our thoughts are always broadcasted. The Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen Paradox: Particles in quantum physics comes and spins in pairs, one spinning to the left one spinning to the right. If the spin of any of the one is changed, then the other one will instantaneously change to its complementary (left–>right : right–>left ; right–>left : left–>right), no matter how far the distance may be!
Such is called ‘actions at distance’, entanglement, and is not just limited to quantum effects, but also happens to people who had developed strong bond with each other. The more bonding that one have with another, the more interconnected they are. We are interconnected by the energy between us.
The power of prayer. Prayer can be sent to other people and can influence their biology. We can influence health by our beliefs system affecting the others around us as well. Powers of hate works the same way too, but in destructive manner.
All of us are interconnected. All of our thoughts are not just in our heads, our thoughts are in a field and they specifically bind to people that we associate with.
It is recently found that the antennas on the surface of the cells receive identity. For example in the case of people who receive heart and lungs transplant from those who had died, receive some of the characteristics along with the heart and lungs.
We are not even in our bodies. We have antennas on the surface of the cells that distinguish each one of us. They are called self-receptors. Our immune system will fight against transplanted cells from outside because they have different identity. In case if we take somebody’s cells and cut off the identity (the antennas / the self-receptors), the cells the become generic, without identity and won’t be rejected by the immune system.
When a mother is pregnant, and the fetus is implanting himself, fetus cells migrate through the mother system. We used to think that these cells will disappear at birth, or will be lost from system, but they are not. The mother and the child are connected because the mother has the cells of the child in it that tunes in to the child’s identity. So the mother can tell when something goes wrong with the child even when they are not connected physically because they are on the same wavelengths.
The spirit persists whether the body is present or not. A body is like TV set that can be tuned in to different broadcasts, when a TV is broken, it can simply be replaced by another TV and on the same time still being able to enjoying the same broadcast. (The analogy for cells antenna and its identity). Identity exist outside the body
Beliefs are created in the brain, the beliefs adjust the body to match the belief.
The brainwaves are transmitted into the environment and impact those people that we are closest to. The closer we are to somebody, the more impact our belief will have on that person. Therefore, healing through prayer, hearing through bad intention are understandable.
We can change our beliefs virtually instantaneously. Our beliefs are running our life, if we change our beliefs, we can author our life. If it is not running the way we want it, change our beliefs and we will start to see things changing into our life.
We are more powerful than anybody has given us credit for. We have lost our power by assigning it to the genes.
We can change our life as fast as we change our beliefs, and our beliefs can be changed almost instantaneously.
Our thoughts are like tuning forks, they resonates with the things in our environment, causing them to vibrate as well, therefore attracting them (the law of attraction).
We are personally responsible for everything in our life once we become aware that
