Still not using GMail yet? You must be Kidding!

Still using Yahoo or even worse, Hotmail?  Well, once you get to try  Gmail, you would never want to switch back.

Why i recommend gmail? Here are just some of its features that i often use that provides me much more convenience than others:

1. Super fast operation (one click, one flash, you get what you want)

2. No spam generated emails (unlike hotmail)

3. Less than 5-10 seconds delay between the time sent from somebody with the time the email gets to your account! (Unlike yahoo or hotmail you have got to wait so long for minutes and minutes even till half an hour!)

4. Integrated chat capability within the system (even group chat available).  Send instant message to contact list that appear online (no extra sign up, extra window, extra procedures).

5. Switch to GoogleDocs, Google Bookmarks, IGoogle, Google Notebook and many other services easily in just a single click on top part links of the window.

6. Group contacts into group list, insert personal picture to your account which later would be seenable by others, see each conversations and email transactions associated with the person when you click on his/her contact details.

7. Ever growing improvements and features.

8. Easy transition/switching to Gmail. Step by step guide provided, contacts can be exported to Gmail,  incoming emails towards old email can be forwarded to Gmail, contacts can be notified in one go about your new gmail address.

No more folders, filing or fumbling to find your mail

Email is supposed to be a productivity tool. So why spend time filing messages, then later trying to remember where you put them? And why delete important mail just to stay within some arbitrary storage limit?Gmail makes email easy. With more than 2,500 megabytes of free storage, you never need to throw messages away. And with a powerful built-in Google search engine, you no longer need to set up folders, file your mail, or remember where you stored your messages. Just search for what you want. You’ll not only find the message you have in mind, but all the other messages that are part of the same conversation – arranged in chronological order so you can easily put everything in context.1) The secret is search
Google search is at the heart of Gmail. Fast, efficient, effective. Just type a few keywords into the search box and your message appears. You don’t have to remember where you put your mail. That’s our job.

2) It’s all in how you look at it
With Gmail, you’ll see your messages in context. If there was a reply to a message you sent or received, Gmail will automatically display it in chronological order with the original. This conversation view continues to grow as you respond and new replies arrive, making it possible for you to follow the whole back and forth discussion in one place.

(3) Never lose a message again
You never know when you might need to see a message again. So why delete it? With Gmail, you can store your messages instead. A single click of your mouse moves messages out of your Inbox into a secure archive where you can quickly find them with a simple search. With more than 2,500 megabytes of free storage, you can even keep all your back issues of the Lemur Lover’s newsletter.

(4) Filing email is not the best use of your time
Storing mail in folders with subfolders and nested sub-sub folders is not a productive way to spend your day. What’s the point? With Gmail, you can find an entire email exchange organized as a conversation, just by searching for keywords that appear in any one of the emails that’s part of it. If you want, you can further organize your messages by creating labels for them.

I’ll start the ball rolling…. Someone else can add on about the 5th and higher dimensions, as well as alternate or parallel ones, and even vibrations… all very cool stuff, but this is the basics….

What are Dimensions?

Some may get annoyed at my explanation, but I am only being VERY, VERY basic…

First, if you are familiar with physics/mathematics…simple physics, that explain our “physical” world…the world in which “human beings” live, is Three Dimensional… we have width (latitude), Length (longitude) and Height (altitude) …. We live and experience a world of shapes, space, scents, colors, textures, sounds, etc. We relate to things in this way.

The word “Dimension” is a Latin word meaning “measured out”. In other words, “space.” A dimension is a measure of space and the dimension is how it relates
to that space.

Our bodies are 3D, our landscape is 3D, our food is 3D, etc. Everything takes up space and shape. This is living in physicality. We understand and relate to things we can feel, see, smell, hear and taste (utilizing our 5 basic senses). We don’t just see Squares, we also see CUBES, Circles can become Spheres, Triangles, Pyramids, etc. That is living in
3D.

So you might say, what is 2D or 1D? We are beyond or above or higher than those dimensions, but basically, consider a “point”, it has no height, no length or width… it is 0D (Zero Dimensions), it doesn’t move, it is it’s totality of existence. Some refer to “God” or “The Source” as the “Zero Point” meaning the point where all Reality Begins or the Source of Everything.

Now consider a “line”. It has length, but that is basically all. That is 1D. It’s interaction with it’s reality is related to the amount of space it takes up.

Now consider a shape like a “square, circle, triangle, etc.” These all have width and length, but no height or depth. If a square or circle was alive and could sense and move it could only perceive you in same way it relates to it’s own reality, as a 2D object. It
could perceive you as having length and width but not as having height/depth… You could stand above the square and it would only relate to the plane of your body, i.e. your foot, as a line blocking it’s path…
the square could go around your foot as though it were an odd shaped 2D object having length and width (longitude & latitude), but it could not move UP (altitude) your body as that would be a NEW dimensional experience for the square. The Square
would need to first realize there WAS an UP dimension before it could learn to relate to it and possibly move UP.

So understanding that we generally relate to our world in 3D we are typically wrapped up in what we perceive from that perspective, and like the “point” who is trapped in the totality of it non dimensional experience or the “square” who limits itself to only
what it thinks it really THERE we often see things as they are presented to us and accept it as “all there is.”

What is 4D? Physicists add “Time” to the 3rd Dimension. So now we have Length, Width, Height (or Depth) and Time. This dimension is also called “Space-Time.”

In general we all do fluctuate in and out of Space-Time, but typically we do not perceive TIME, because time is relative to our physicality. In other words, we perceive time via our 3 dimensional faculties. We see it as linear, or ever moving
forward and with our 3D selves trapped in that movement unable to alter it’s course. We “remember” the past or “contemplate” the future, but we cannot move our 3D selves into the past or the future. We are always in the present no matter what moment of time we think about… we are ALWAYS here, now. The sad thing is, most people don’t truly comprehend that simple fact…. They spend much of their waking life worrying about what MIGHT happen in the future or what horrible things happened in the past, or retreating from things they can’t face by living in their
memories. Our minds ARE capable of perceiving TIME.
Proper control of our thought processes help us to better focus… meditation, relaxation, and understanding all help us to put things in their proper perspectives. The relativity of time is a difficult concept.

Think of this… If you had a twin who was born only seconds after or before you were, you’d generally think of your twin as being the same age (time-wise) as you are, but if you are one side of the Earth and your twin traveled to the other side to live, your twin would then be 1 Day older or younger than you are… Sure you started out as being the same age, but now you are a day different. If your twin travels
back to your side of the planet you are the same age again.

Now imagine if your twin was to travel to the nearest solar system outside of ours; Proxima Centauri, which is about four light-years away. What is a Light-Year? A light-year is a measure of distance. It’s how far light travels in one year. The fastest thing that we know of is light which travels at a speed of 186,000 miles or 300,000 kilometers per second in empty space. To get an idea of how fast this is, light can travel about seven times around Earth in one second!
Astronomers use the speed of light to measure how far away things are in space. They use a unit called the light-year (ly). In one year light travels about 5,880,000,000,000 miles or 9,460,000,000,000 kilometers. That is, about 5.87 trillion miles. Thus, the light from Proxima Centauri is four light-years old when we see it. The light traveling from Proxima Centauri to Earth takes about four light-years to get here. But, at present, we cannot travel as fast as light, so for your twin to travel to the Proxima Centauri (s)he would need to traverse the distance by more conventional means, and the distance plus the speed, plus the length of time it takes is very, very long indeed so you and your twin would be long dead before such a trip could be completed. However, if there was a way to move your twin there without using up time, say, using a transporter which can react in less than a second… then your twin would still now be older than you, because there is still distance between you and your twin and the time it would take to relate to your twin would take, at a minimum, 4 light-years (the time it takes for the light of that start to reach the Earth). Thus you would always have to imagine your Twin being, at the very least 4
light-years older than you, though, (s)he’d really be MUCH, MUCH older, if not already dead, than you are.
That’s way too simplistic, and not even using the proper mathematics… Just understand that as you enter the realm of Time, things work on a different
level of comprehension. You can’t relate to time with your 5 senses or your physicality. For a person in 3D, time just HAPPENS, and happens to them, without any control or resistance on the 3D persons part. A 3D person cannot stop, slow down, speed up or reverse time. However, at times, we can perceive time to have accomplished one of those things. At times it could feel as though it slows down or speeds up or even moves ahead without us realizing it. This is why time is “relative” to the perceiver! It is at moments like this that we actually, unconsciously touch on the 4th Dimension.

So you see, even though we are physically 3D beings, with our mind we do have the capacity to comprehend the 4th Dimension. With that realization, we can then learn how to best relate to it and help it to work for us.

So what is the 5th Dimension? I think I should stop there. I already know some mathematical types will jump all over me for what I’ve said so far… I’m really not trying to teach Physics, only to simplify the concepts in a way that can be comprehensible by even the most unlearned mind.

How many Dimensions are there? Some say 6, some say 11, some say 26 or more.

The basic thing to know is that you should first realize is that you are MORE than your senses, and your capacity to relate to YOUR “Personal Reality.”
First, understand that as a 3D person you live in the NOW… not the Past, and certainly not the Future….
You exist NOW, HERE!

Once you understand THAT you can better control the way you act, rather than “re-act” to your reality. After that you can begin exploring OTHER Dimensions. The explanation of Time was only to help you “Think outside the Box (cube)” as they say… stop being “only 3D” and understand there are OTHER ways to understand reality beyond what we can see, feel, hear, etc. The best way to understand dimensions higher that the 3D is to relate them to “The Spirit” or the Universe.

Add time… step outside of the NOW and see things from a NEW Paradigm and realize that Time is relative. What you see as “happening” doesn’t have to be that way. There are other ways of seeing Time. Don’t be a victim of Time, but rather control time and make it work FOR you. Create your Reality… or Relativity!

Then you can move beyond that to the next Dimension. I’m not that well versed on the higher dimensions, such as those related to the String Theory, etc.

I hope that helps in some concrete way. And remember… We are more than just what is physically perceptible!

Jesus Lived in India

Holger Kersten: “It is simply of vital importance to find again the path to the sources, to the eternal and central truths of Christ’s message, which has been shaken almost beyond recognition by the profane ambitions of more or less secular institutions arrogating to themselves a religious authority. This is an attempt to open a way to a new future, firmly founded in the true spiritual and religious sources of the past”.

Thus begins Holger Kersten’s book “Jesus Lived in India”. This German book is a thorough, methodical and authoritative examination of the evidence of Christ’s life beyond the Middle East before the Crucifixion and in India and elsewhere after it.

This article is a summary of Kersten’s exhaustive research into Christ’s travels after the Crucifixion, his arrival in India with the Mother Mary and finally his death and entombment in Kashmir. Kersten notes the many parallels of Christ’s teachings with other religious and cultural traditions and suggests that at least some of these figures may have been one and the same personality. It is not possible, Kersten asserts, to disprove that Christ went to India. The current information documenting Christ’s life is restricted to the gospels and the work of Church theologians. One can hardly trust these sources to be objective considering their obvious interest in maintaining the authority of their Church and its grip on the masses.

The Russian scholar, Nicolai Notovich, was the first to suggest that Christ may have gone to India. In 1887, Notovich, a Russian scholar and Orientalist, arrived in Kashmir during one of several journeys to the Orient. At the Zoji-la pass Notovich was a guest in a Buddhist monastery, where a monk told him of the bhodisattva saint called “Issa”. Notovich was stunned by the remarkable parallels of Issa’s teachings and martyrdom with that of Christ’s life, teachings and crucifixion.

For about sixteen years, Christ travelled through Turkey, Persia, Western Europe and possibly England. He finally arrived with Mary to a place near Kashmir, where she died. After many years in Kashmir, teaching to an appreciative population, who venerated him as a great prophet, reformer and saint, he died and was buried in a tomb in Kashmir itself.

The first step in Christ’s trail after the Crucifixion is found in the Persian scholar F. Mohammed’s historical work “Jami-ut-tuwarik” which tells of Christ’s arrival in the kingdom of Nisibis, by royal invitation. (Nisibis is today known as Nusaybin in Turkey) . This is reiterated in the Imam Abu Jafar Muhammed’s “Tafsi-Ibn-i-Jamir at-tubri.” Kersten found that in both Turkey and Persia there are ancient stories of a saint called “Yuz Asaf” (”Leader of the Healed”), whose behaviour, miracles and teachings are remarkably similar to that of Christ.

The many Islamic and Hindu historical works recording local history and legends of kings, noblemen and saints of the areas thought to be travelled by Jesus also give evidence of a Christ like man; the Koran, for example, refers to Christ as “Issar”. Further east, the Kurdish tribes of Eastern Anatolia have several stories describing Christ’s stay in Eastern Turkey after his resurrection. These traditional legends have been ignored by the theological community.

Kersten also suggests that prior to Christ’s mission in the Middle East, he may have been exposed to Buddhist teachings in Egypt. After his birth in Bethlehem, his family fled to Egypt to avoid Herod’s persecution. Surprisingly some scholars now acknowledge that Buddhist schools probably existed in Alexandria long before the Christian era.

More clues are drawn from the Apocrypha. These are texts said to have been written by the Apostles but which are not officially accepted by the Church. Indeed, the Church regards them as heresy since a substantial amount of the Apocrypha directly contradicts Church dogma and theology. The Apocryphal ‘Acts of Thomas’, for example, tell how Christ met Thomas several times after the Crucifixion. In fact they tell us how Christ sent Thomas to teach his spirituality in India. This is corroborated by evidence found in the form of stone inscriptions at Fatehpur Sikri, near the Taj Mahal, in Northern India. They include “Agrapha”, which are sayings of Christ that don’t exist in the mainstream Bible. Their grammatical form is most similar to that of the Apocryphal gospel of Thomas. This is but one example giving credibility to the idea that texts not recognised by the Church hold important clues about Christ’s true life and his teachings.

In tracing Christ’s movements to India and beyond, Kersten also discovered that many of his teachings, which have been gradually edited out of the modern Bible were originally Eastern in nature. Principles such as karma and re-incarnation, for example, were common knowledge then, and seem to have been reaffirmed by Christ. Imagine the implications that this discovery holds for Western Christianity and its churches, who have kept Christ in their doctrinal top pockets and have constrained the entire Western culture within the narrow teachings of blind faith, organised religion and original sin!

Further clues are cited from The Apocryphal Acts of Thomas, and the Gospel of Thomas which are of Syrian origin and have been dated to the 4th Century AD, or possibly earlier. They are Gnostic Scriptures and despite the evidence indicating their authenticity, they are not given credence by mainstream theologians. In these texts Thomas tells of Christ’s appearance in Andrapolis, Paphlagonia (today known as in the extreme north of Anatolia) as a guest of the King of Andrappa. There he met with Thomas who had arrived separately. It is at Andrapolis that Christ entreated Thomas to go to India to begin spreading his teachings. It seems that Christ and Mary then moved along the West coast of Turkey, proof of this could be an old stopping place for travellers called the “Home of Mary”, found along the ancient silk route. From here Christ could easily have entered Europe via France. He may have even travelled as far as the British Isles, for in England there is an ancient oak tree called the “Hallowed Tree” which (says local legend) was planted by Christ himself.

In his travels through Persia (today’s Iran) Christ became known as Yuz Asaf (leader of the Healed). We know this because a Kashmiri historical document confirms that Isa (the Koranic name for Christ) was in fact also known as Yuz Asaf. The Jami - uf - Tamarik, Volume II, tells that Yuz Asaf visited Masslige, where he attended the grave of Shem, Noah’s son. There are various other accounts such as Agha Mustafa’s “Awhali Shahaii-i-paras” that tell of Yuz Asaf’s travels and teachings all over Persia. It seems that Yuz Asaf blessed Afghanistan and Pakistan with his presence also. There are for example two plains in Eastern Afghanistan near Gazni and Galalabad, bearing the name of the prophet Yuz Asaf. Again in the Apocryphal Acts of Thomas, Thomas says that he and Christ attended the Court of King Gundafor of Taxila (now Pakistan), in about 47AD, and that eventually both the King and his brother accepted Christ’s teachings. Kersten claims that there are more than twenty one historical documents that bear witness to the existence of Jesus in Kashmir, where he was known also as Yuz Asaf and Issa. For example the Bhavishyat Mahapurana (volume 9 verses 17-32) contains an account of Issa-Masih (Jesus the Messiah). It describes Christ’s arrival in the Kashmir region of India and his encounter with King Shalivahana, who ruled the Kushan area (39-50AD), and who entertained Christ as a guest for some time.

{Christ’s life in India, after the crucifixion, challenges current Church teachings at their very foundation. The theology of Saint Paul, the major influence on modern Christianity, is empty fanaticism in the light of this discovery.|

The historian Mullah Nadini (1413) also recounts a story of Yuz Asaf who was a contemporary to King Gopadatta, and confirms that he also used the name Issar, ie. Jesus. There is also much historical truth in the towns and villages of Northern India to prove that Jesus and his mother Mary spent time in the area. For instance, at the border of a small town called Mari, there is nearby a mountain called Pindi Point, upon which is an old tomb called Mai Mari da Asthan or “The final resting place of Mary”. The tomb is said to be very old and local Muslims venerate it as the grave of Issa’s (ie Christ’s) Mother. The tomb itself is oriented East-West consistent with the Jewish tradition, despite the fact it is within a Muslim area. Assuming its antiquity, such a tomb could not be Hindu either since the Hindus contemporary to Christ cremated their dead and scattered their ashes as do Hindus today.

Following Christ’s trail into Kashmir, 40km south of Srinagar, between the villages of Naugam and Nilmge is a meadow called Yuz-Marg (the meadow of Yuz Asaf, ie. Jesus). Then there is the sacred building called Aish Muqam, 60km south east of Srinagar and 12km from Bij Bihara. “Aish” says Kersten is derived from “Issa” and “Muqam” place of rest or repose. Within the Aish Muqam is a sacred relic called the ‘Moses Rod’ or the ‘Jesus Rod’, which local legend says, belonged to Moses himself. Christ is said to also have held it, perhaps to confirm his Mosaic heritage. Above the town of Srinagar is a temple known as “The Throne of Solomon”, which dates back to at least 1000BC, which King Gopadatta had restored at about the same time as Christ’s advent. The restoration was done by a Persian architect who personally left four inscriptions on the side steps of the temple. The third and fourth inscription read: “At this time Yuz Asaf announced his prophetic calling in Year 50 and 4″ and “He is Jesus — Prophet of the Sons of Israel”! Herein lies a powerful confirmation of Kersten’s theory. Kersten suggests that Christ may have travelled to the South of India also, finally returning to Kashmir to die at the age of approximately 80 years. Christ’s tomb, says Kersten, lies in Srinagar’s old town in a building called Rozabal. “Rozabal” is an abbreviation of Rauza Bal, meaning “tomb of a prophet”. At the entrance there is an inscription explaining that Yuz Asaf is buried along with another Moslem saint. Both have gravestones which are oriented in North-South direction, according to Moslem tradition. However, through a small opening the true burial chamber can be seen, in which there is the Sarcophagus of Yuz Asaf in East-West (Jewish) orientation!

According to Professor Hassnain, who has studied this tomb, there are carved footprints on the grave stones and when closely examined, carved images of a crucifix and a rosary. The footprints of Yuz Asaf have what appear to be scars represented on both feet, if one assumes that they are crucifixion scars, then their position is consistent with the scars shown in the Turin Shroud (left foot nailed over right). Crucifixion was not practised in Asia, so it is quite possible that they were inflicted elsewhere, such as the Middle East. The tomb is called by some as “Hazrat Issa Sahib” or “Tomb of the Lord Master Jesus”. Ancient records acknowledge the existence of the tomb as long ago as 112AD. The Grand Mufti, a prominent Muslim Cleric, himself has confirmed that Hazrat Isa Sahib is indeed the tomb of Yuz Asaf!

Thus Kersten deduces that the tomb of Jesus Christ Himself is in Kashmir!

The implications of Kersten’s discovery are monumental. Christ’s life in India, after the crucifixion, challenges current Church teachings at their very foundation. The theology of Saint Paul, the major influence on modern Christianity, is empty fanaticism in the light of this discovery. Threatened also are the doctrines of obedience to the Church, original sin, salvation through blind faith and the non-existence of reincarnation, etc. Yet these ideas underlie the morality and ethics, (or lack of them), that govern the entire Western social structure, from the legal system to medical health care schemes. It is no wonder that the modern Churches and their secular interests refuse to consider such a proposition as Kersten’s!

UMS - University of Metaphysical Sciences

The University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS), located in Arcata, California, offers courses in a variety of metaphysical topics such as meditation, mythology, reincarnation and alternative healing modalities. The school was created by Christine Breese, who holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree in Metaphysical Sciences and a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Counseling. As a distance learning school, UMS offers Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Metaphysics and Metaphysical subjects.

Since 2004, UMS has operated as a school under its parent organization, the Universal Church of Metaphysics, a non- profit 501(c)(3) organization. The University of Metaphysical Sciences grants metaphysics degrees based on the metaphysical nature of the church, which is a specialized area of religion. Since UMS is a religious school and not a secular school, UMS has been accredited by the American Association of Medical Alternatives (AAMA) and American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

UMS provides course material in a variety of subjects that has been synthesized from a variety of sources. Many writers have come together to create the curriculum of UMS. Each writer brings their area of expertise to the courses they write. The writers have compiled much of the knowledge based on their own studies and training, hundreds of reference books, and also collectively added vast amounts of real world experience as practicing counselors, teachers, and healers in their communities.

UMS operates as a distance learning facility and courses are completed on an independent basis by the student. While working at their own pace, the student is responsible and required to complete all their coursework in order to be granted a degree. A prescribed series of courses are completed in order to be granted the Bachelors degree. In addition to Masters level courses, a Masters degree is granted after submitting a thesis and having it approved by a committee. Each course is completed by submitting an exam, showing the student has learned the basic ideas provided in the course material. Once a student has completed their Bachelors and Masters coursework, a dissertation must be submitted and approved to receive a D.D. or Ph.D. degree.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

Children - From the ‘Prophet’

“Your children are not your children.

They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.

They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you.

You may give them your love but not your thoughts. For they have their own thoughts.

You may house their bodies but not their souls, For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.

You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you. For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.

The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far. Let your bending in the archer’s hand be for gladness; For even as he loves the arrow that flies, so He loves also the bow that is stable.”

Kisah Penjual Tempe

The Ancient Secrets of Immortality

Source: http://www.how-to-live-a-1000-years.blogspot.com/

by John de Akhetaton.

How To Live For A Thousand Years.

“And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image, and called him Seth. And the days after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years; and he begat sons and daughters. And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years and then he died”

“And Methuselah lived a hundred and eighty-seven years and begat Lamech. And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred and eighty two years and begat sons and daughters. And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty nine years, and he then died.”

I am sure many must have wondered at some time what wonderful secret these great men possessed that enabled them to live for nearly a thousand years and also to father children at well over a hundred years of age.

The answer was primarily in their diet. They existed on a frugal diet of fruit and herbs, coupled with regular periods of fasting. This combination brought about perfect health and vitality and the regeneration of their youth.

Man was created to live and not to die. Death is unnatural. The soul is immortal and the spirit is immortal. If the blood is pure and the glandular system is in perfect working order then the body is potentially immortal too.

The ancients achieved perfect health and longevity by:

1. Choosing to live in a warm climate.

2. Taking plenty of outdoor activity.

3. Drinking pure uncontaminated water, free from chemicals and additives.

4. Eating only natural foods.

5. Eating frugally and never over eating.

The body has two main activities: the digestion of food and the renewal of itself. The moment the last morsel of food has been digested, and the stomach cleared, the body sets about renewing its old worn out cells and tissues and replacing them with new ones. In short the body is renewing its youth over and over. In todays modern western society there is almost universal overeating. The body is overwhelmed with food and spends nearly all its time in the process of digestion. This leaves little or no time for renewal and regeneration. Decay and ‘old age’ therefore sets in. Most people are literally eating themselves into the grave.

6. Eating food in its natural state i.e. uncooked.

7. Eating mostly alkaline forming (fruit and vegetables etc) rather than acid producing foods.

Alkaline foods are basically regenerating while acid foods are degenerating. Note they did not eat cereals which, excluding millet and soya, are hightly acidic.

8. Having fruit comprise the majority (60-75%) of the days food intake.

9. Not eating meat or other flesh food. Meat is poison to the body (killed food kills the body) and it is equally poisonous to the soul.

As the old proverb says: ‘You are what you eat’. The aggresive and bestial side of mans’ nature stems from his (unnatural) eating of animal flesh and blood. Man was intended to be a fruitarian and not a carnivore.

10. Regular fasting. Fasting enables the body to cleanse the bloodstream of impurities and toxins. A polluted bloodstream leads to disease and degeneration. A pure bloodstream leads to good health and regenearation - and the maintenance of youth and vitality.

11. Preserving the life force. The sex act was respected and practised solely in its sacred and intended form i.e. for the creation of children. The ancients had sex only once or twice a year.

Here then is the secret knowledge of the ancients that enabled Adam and Methuselah to live close on one thousand years. How tragic that the doctors with their ‘miracle’ modern medicines can offer 21st Century man a lifespan of little more than the paltry ‘three score and ten’ when we could all have immortality.

‘His flesh shall be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth.’ Job ch.33 v.25

Written By:  Jayne The ancient secret of never growing old. Plus increase sexual energy, psychic powers. Also possible to increase size of breasts if required (or size of penis).

INTRODUCTION
The secret of never growing old was discovered in an ancient Chinese medical manuscript. After being hidden from public view for many years I am now pleased to release part of this knowledge to this Blog’s readers. You must, of course, promise me that you will use this secret wisely and will not divulge the information to anyone else. This is strictly between you and me - okay?

This information is certainly not for general public consumption as, by it’s sexual nature, may offend some people. If, therefore, you do not wish to read further I will understand, simply move on to a blog about crochet, cuddly animals or cauliflowers.

If you are open minded enough to still be with me then, as well as learning the secret of eternal youth, you will also discover:

• How to enlarge your breasts (if female)
• How to increase sexual energy
• How to strengthen ‘private’ muscles to prevent flabbiness in later years
• How, in time, increase your psychic powers
• How to enlarge the head of your penis (if male)

There are also other benefits possible to both sexes who put into practice the methods that follow. Please do not read on if you think the subjects mentioned may upset you in any way - there will be no further warnings.

THE SECRETS

Welcome to the Inner Sanctum to hear of a secret Chinese excercise that may well alter your life.

Briefly - the ancient Chinese discovered that the body can only function properly if there is a continuous balanced flow of energy. When balanced properly this energy gives perfect health. If there is a deficiency then disease or illness may follow. The manuscript tells of a system of linking energy centres throughout the body, that correspond to seven major glands, and that these regulate the energy flow.

These energy centres can be thought of as small cups, linked to the next one by a tube. As the bottom cup fills, it will overflow and so energy will travel to the next cup and so on. The seven centres support each other. If the lower ones are not full then the highest, which is also a spiritual centre, will not be filled either.

We are going to concentrate on the first centre. This corresponds to the sexual glands - the prostate and testes in the male and the ovaries, uterus and breasts in the female. We are about to stimulate these glands. This action will push energy up through the centres giving many health benefits.

The ancient Chinese text states that if we have strong sexual glands we will never grow old.

The exercise that follows will …
(a) keep your sexual glands strong and
(b) will stimulate your lowest energy centre and so help to fill it with energy i.e. sexual energy.

The exercise is called The Deer. This is based on observations of how deer continuously stimulate their sexual glands by the movement of their tails from side to side. There are two versions of The Deer, one for male and one for female. If possible do them when naked.

The Deer - Female Version.
Sit cross legged, with your back straight. Use a cushion and wall as support if necessary. The heel of one foot must press tightly against the vagina and clitoris. If you are unable to do this use something such as a hard rubber ball to press against the area. This may give you a pleasant feeling due to the stimulation and release of sexual energy.

Rub your hands together vigorously to make them warm. Once warm place your hands on your breasts so that you can feel the warmth permeating your skin. Now rub your breasts in an outward circular motion. Do this at least 36 times working up, with practice, to 306. This action is also said to help prevent lumps and cancer of the breasts.

The breasts can also be massaged in an inward circular motion (i.e. right hand clockwise, left hand anti-clockwise). This, according to the Chinese, will have the effect of enlarging the breasts.

While rubbing it is important to concentrate on feeling the warmth generated in the breasts and genital region. This shows that sexual energy is being created and will build within the body. This is the first part of the exercise.

Now tighten the muscles of the vagina and anus. Hold for as long as you can, relax and then repeat several times. This can sometimes produce a sensation in the genital area that rises up the spinal column to the head. This indicates that sexual energy is moving up through the glandular system. Once the mentioned muscles get stronger, and can be held, this part of the exercise should be done at the same time as part one.

This simple exercise energises the pubic area and helps maintain beauty and youthfulness. It will increase energy in the body and can build your psychic ability. The Chinese claim this will also cure and prevent vaginal & menstrual problems, colitis, haemorrhoids and similar disorders. Note the exercise should not be done during menstruation or if pregnant.

The Deer - Male Version
Again sit cross legged. Rub hands vigorously until warm. Once warm gently cup the testicles with the right hand. Place the palm of the left hand on the pubis area (about one inch below the naval). Rub your left hand firmly in a circular motion 81 times so that warmth can be felt in the area. Then, after warming hands once more, reverse the positions of the hands - again rubbing 81 times, but this time with the right hand. 81 times creates the highest level of ‘Yang’ energy.

When doing the exercise it is important to concentrate on the warmth being generated, almost as a form of meditation.

After completing part one tighten the anal muscles. Hold, then relax and repeat several times As with the female version after practice this may produce a pleasant feeling that will rise up the spinal column to the top of the head.

Once you have gained control over the anal muscles then tighten and hold them while carrying out part one of the exercise.

The male version of The Deer is said to cure and prevent prostate problems and help treat impotence and premature ejaculation. It will also stop you from growing old. Contracting the anal muscles will enlarge the head of the penis which will increase the enjoyment of your sexual activity. Ejaculation should not follow this exercise as the purpose is to store the sexual energy created. Should an erection occur while practising The Deer press down firmly with the thumb, of the hand holding the testicles, on the base of the penis next to the pubis. This will inhibit the flow of blood into the penis and allow the energy to build within the sexual glands.

AND FINALLY
The Deer is a serious, though simple to learn, exercise that can bring genuine health benefits. It is often carried out as part of a regime that also includes exercises called The Turtle and The Crane as well as what the Chinese call Internal Exercises. Unfortunately there isn’t the space here to expand on this more.

The Deer ideally should be practised twice a day - first thing in the morning and just before going to bed. For most of us this isn’t possible but once a day will bring interesting results - providing done regularly. The exercise increases sexual energy which may well lead to a greater sex drive - which is perfectly natural. Taoism advises, however, to always maintain a reserve of energy. This will lead to strong sexual organs which in turn is part of the secret of continuous, never ending youthfulness.

Try The Deer and then, when you feel and see the benefits, go on to discover the other Chinese exercises I have touched upon. I have personally found them to be of great value and combine them with my Yoga most evenings. A friend of mine increased her breast cup size and recovered her sex drive and energy following her son being born - by practising The Deer. Her partner is delighted.

May you never grow old - you have now discovered the first part of the secret.

Creating A World Without Poverty-Micro-Lending and the Battle Against World Poverty

Micro-Lending and the Battle Against World Poverty

Proverty and Solidarity Lending

Proverty is a major issue facing much humankind of this age. More than before, economic and social gaps are widening particularly in urban areas. One of a major factor that blocks the poor still being poor is that they have no money to produce money. Being able to live out of the box of poverty is a basic human right. Recently one of many solutions stands out and captured attentions of many of those who are concerned with the welfare of the poor. It is a system of Solidarity Lending. An early pioneer of Solidarity Lending, Dr. Muhammad Yunus of Bangladesh through his microfinance organization, The Grameen Bank were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.

What is truly amazing about Solidarity Lending system is how it can alleviates poverty. Like what I mentioned earlier, what blocks many people to live life without poverty is the lack of capital to start up business. To borrow money from banks for business start-up would be very difficult as banks would require thorough complicated procedures and collaterals. Not everybody can afford that, imagine a poor man who has been living his life in rural areas, not only he is deprived of banking knowledge, he does also not have any substantial significant collateral that can be used to make loan deal with banks. Here comes the role of Solidarity Lending banks, lending money to the poor without any need for collateral.

How it Works

How it works is unique of its kind. It works in a system of solidarity lending in form of self help groups. Each borrower must belong to a five-member group however the group is not required to give any guarantee for a loan to its member. This is also beneficial to the Solidarity Lending banks, as there is a fixed cost associated with each loan delivered, bundling individual loans together and permits the group to manage individual relationships can realize substantial savings in administrative and management cost.

The repayment responsibility solely rest on the individual borrower, while the group and the centre oversee that everyone behaves in a responsible way and none gets into repayment problem. However, group members are not responsible to pay on behalf of a defaulting member. (Mohammed Yunus). Dr.Muhammad Yunus of Bangladesh describes the dynamics of lending through solidarity groups this way:

… Group membership not only creates support and protection but also smoothes out the erratic behavior patterns of individual members, making each borrower more reliable in the process. Subtle and at times not-so-subtle peer pressure keeps each group member in line with the broader objectives of the credit program.…Because the group approves the loan request of each member, the group assumes moral responsibility for the loan. If any member of the group gets into trouble, the group usually comes forward to help.

Payback rates to the bank were also very high, as noted in Grameen’s Bank track record, 98 percent. Solidarity lending levers various types of social capital like peer pressure, mutual support and a healthy culture of repayment. These characteristics make solidarity lending more useful in rural villages than in urban centres where mobility is greater and social capital is weaker.

Grameen bank focus mainly at rural areas yet and it had been proven very successful at the rural areas of Bangladesh. Not only that rural communities can cooperate better in, but also we have to consider that in rural areas, there are very much opportunity and business fields that can be developed for the betterness of the local community. Even if we assume that a certain village is not in poverty line, we can agree that there would still be much to be done for the sake of better life of the people. Somebody would be better starting off electricity accessibility in the village, either it through the hard way of conventional electric line or by using SHS (Solar Home System), utilizing solar panel electricity which is eco-friendly and is more suitable for isolated village areas due to its portability. And from there we can list a lot more businesses that can be generated through the accessibility of electricity in the village. And of course, all of those efforts would require quite a sum of money, which is a big barrier for innovation and improvements.
